An air of tango blows on the roundabout... and reopened the doors of wilted brothels, norms boxes, the Scarlet music-halls. Miracle! It's raining glitter of Buenos Aires to Madrid from Paris to Rio. Jean-Michel Ribes entrusted his theatre to an old accomplice, agitator of "underground" myths and maker of dreams: the Paris Argentina, Alfredo Arias, is back in town with a stunning trilogy of humour and emotion.
For these shows musical step of décor: only three black panels, from which arise the actors and dancers as if by magic. The costumes of Pablo Ramirez are bold: Tower to sober Tower ("black & white" costumes), glamour (flying and Ruffs) and burlesque (dress "poodle" or "cow"). Patrick Debarbat lights give the patina of the old tables to the elegant silhouettes crisscrossing the scene. Theatre, Music Hall, cabaret, ballet... Arias has concentrated all in a golden, sometimes soft and sweet, sometimes violent and bitter liqueur. His absolute and minimal - show on stage, to the maximum five artists, all great - wake up with tenderness festive and malignant of the Argentina mind.
The playwright is dropped: performances, he has written them itself (1), leaving his pen wander in the recesses of a mad memory, putting his soul naked. "Three Tangos", is a surreal fantasy which combines the tradition of the tango to the Argentine polar: three insane stories where is found the infernal trio wife-husband-lover, with of course a corpse at the end. Some low-lying areas of Buenos Aires to the street of the Contre-Escarpe in Paris through the Bay of Rio. It is very well written, very funny. And it feels that this "musical" is the result of a true meeting: Alfredo versus Axel... Axel Krygier young is a musician, Prodigy, author of two unique records mixing folk and electro. Its creation for "Three Tangos" scans a world of music and songs, ranging from the traditional tango to the Italian variety, passing through French and even pop contemporary Opera ("The Queen of rats" air is a must).

"Tattoo" is more a project Theatre, a tragicomedy musical, inspired by the incredible life of Miguel de Molina (1908-1993), transformist Spanish artist flamboyant, harassed by the Franco regime, who found refuge in Argentina, with Eva Peron. On stage there is dialogue between artist (Miguelito) and the wife of the President of Argentina (renamed Eva del on), to fatal crossing of their fates: the first revived when the diva died. Miguelito is interpreted by three actors: Carlos Casella, Marcos Montes and Alfredo Arias (in Narrator). Three women: Conchita (Vulgaris singer) and Eva (Sandra Guida), Malena ("argentine cow"), all two performed by Alejandra Radano, give the replica, incisive lyrics or songs. Arias drew in the Argentine directory, but in the "Broadway Melodies" ("Diamonds are the Girls best Friends") and pop International ("Under Pressure" for David Bowie) also to pace the baroque Duet of love and death.
Life is a party desperate, that wants to strangle the "black hand". Miguelito defies the Franco regime on stage and in the arms of sailors. He has found his Holy patron: Eva, who prefers to rely on Dior to Dios and sucking precious stones... The language of Arias is brilliant, trenchant, spicy from a point of gravity - time passing, blush that hide more old age... But the tears time has not yet come. Flakes continue to shine like stars, paste in the eyes and the heart of the spectators. This devil of Alfredo has not finished transforming the roundabout in joyful brothel.
